Wow! We had an amazing crowd last night – probably at least 150 people flooded into the Pitcher & Piano for the London leg of the FOWA Road Trip.
I spoke to over 20 different UK startups, which is tremendously exciting. I believe the UK and European web startup scene continues to strengthen.

Great event. Really had a top time and met loads of people. Also landed up with three geektails monsters in my jacket. How many events can you say that about.
Seriously great job with road trips. They’re fantastic ideas, and as someone who finds it hard to ‘network’ I think it’s just what the community needs.

In my experience, the more simple your means of travel, the more exciting and rewarding the entire trip will be. Nothing beats the classic roadtrip or backpacking tour to open up your eyes to the world.
